WHO ARE WE?

Locally owned in Dayton, TN

**** Coming January 2025, we are proud to announce that we are adding 10 more private rooms to our assisted living facility. We are also upgrading our outside living. It will include a brand new Putt Putt area and a therapy trail.

We are an Independent Living Community with 58 apartments located in Dayton, TN. When you choose Small Town Senior Living, it will start feeling a lot like taking an extended vacation. Here, you can sit back and relax knowing that everything you need will be taken care of. The property has been an established Senior Residence since 2000. We offer Independent Living for Seniors 55 years and older.

WE NOW OFFER Assisted Living options at The Courtyard. We have a licensed RN nurse on staff.

We offer a respectful, dignified, and loving alternative for seniors with residents carefully screened to determine those activities of daily living which they remain capable of performing.

Ashley is a Registered Nurse. She started her nursing career in the Neo-natal intensive care unit. Ashley has multiple years of experience working in the hospital. While working full time in surgery and being a single mom, Ashley was able to obtain her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from UTC.
